Addie was also honored with acceptance into Asbury University, where she received the Out-of-State Scholarship ($3,000), the Youth Becoming Leaders Scholarship ($4,000), the Christian Ministry Scholarship ($1,000), and the Academic Scholarship ($6,000), totaling $14,000; Baylor University, where she received the Distinction Award ($120,000) and the Faculty Scholarship ($5,000), totaling $125,000; Belmont University, where she was awarded the Sarah T. Johnson Memorial Scholarship ($12,000) and the General Academic Merit Scholarship ($88,000), totaling $100,000; Stephen F. Austin State University, where she received the Academic Excellence Scholarship totaling $20,000; Southern Methodist University, where she received the Distinguished Scholar Award ($100,000) and the Opportunity Award ($38,569), totaling $138,569; Texas A&M University, where she was awarded the Opportunity Award Scholarship ($1,000) and the Mays Business School Scholarship ($20,000), totaling $21,000; and Texas State University, where she received the Terry Foundation Full-Ride Scholarship ($122,000) and the President’s Honor Scholarship ($48,000), totaling $170,000.
