Our talented sophomore chemistry students recently combined science with creativity by writing children’s books all about atoms. The best part? They got to share their work by reading their books to the excited first grade students at St. Anne!

We’re thrilled to announce that, with the incredible support of our community, the MKCHS Pink Club raised $5,000 for the Gift of Life program to help in the fight against breast cancer! Your generosity has truly made an impact, and we’re grateful for everyone who joined us in this cause.

We're thrilled to announce that Lorraine Sparks, an incredible educator here at MKCHS, has been awarded the prestigious Claes Nobel Educator of Distinction by the National Society of High School Scholars (NSHSS)!
Nominated by one of her students, Lorraine’s dedication to academic excellence and her passion for inspiring students truly shine. Her commitment to nurturing intellectual curiosity and leadership in her students is a testament to her role as a valued leader in our community.
Lorraine Sparks holds a B.S. in Forensic Chemistry and an M.S. in Chemistry from Lamar University. She has been teaching at Monsignor Kelly Catholic High School for nine years, where she also leads college-level lab courses.
Join us in congratulating Lorraine on this well-deserved recognition!

Last night MKCHS hosted a successful college fair! A big thank you to all the amazing college representatives who came out, as well as to our wonderful parents and students who attended.
At MKCHS, we are proud to offer hands-on college preparation for every student. Each student receives personalized guidance and advanced educational opportunities, designed not only to help them gain entrance to the college of their choice but also to prepare them for success once they get there.
